Cheryl, a transplanted Cincinnatian, has been a Kiawah property owner since 1993 and is pleased to return to the Low Country (as she is a 5th generation Carolinian with roots in Georgetown, Charleston and Kingstree). An experienced SC and Ohio property owner, having owned condos, single families, lots, remodeled and built from ground up. As a realtor in Ohio (10 years), Cheryl specialized in buyer agency, holds several designations (CRS, GRI), and served as the Governor’s public representative to the Ohio State Real Estate Appraisal Board.
